This week we started exploring the use of pastels in art. Today we learned about painting with watercolors and we discussed how it is different from using acrylic or tempra paints. It was amazing to see how creative the children were when I told them, "play with the paint", "do whatever you want"! They independently discovered what happens when you add more water to the color vs. less. Plan to be framing some amazing art for your walls during Spring Break!
